摘要
采用饱和Ｄ－最优设计方法，测定田间试验参数，建立２，４－Ｄ丁酯和百草敌防除刺儿菜（Ｃｉｒｓｉｕｍｓｅｔｏｓｕｍ）的函数模型，用电子计算机优选，选出二种农药防除刺儿菜的最佳混配比，确定了每公顷喷施２，４－Ｄ丁酯４２３ｍｌ，加百草敌２０４ｍｌ的最佳组合。
On the basis of parameters from field test,the saturated D-optimal designmethod was adoped to set up the functional model of 2,4-Dand dicamba in controlling Cirsi-um setosum. The optimal mixing ratio of two herbicide was computed. And the most efficientdosage(423ml of 2,4-Dand 204ml of dicamba-hm￣2)was selected.
