摘要
从能量的品质角度用有效能的方法对所分析的半水煤气变换流程,有效能效率虽高达94.88%,但有效能损失量仍很大。造成损失的主要原因为不可逆化学反应及不同温度流体间的换热。
In the analyzed flowsheet of the semiwater-ac shift reaction the exergy efficient reaches94. 88%, but the exergy loss is still high, The exergy laal is mainly because of irreversible chemicalreaction and heat transfer between fluids of differential temperature.
