摘要
本文用一个自旋极化的自洽紧束缚格林函数方法预言了ZnSe_(1-x)S_x合金系统中Sc,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni和Cu等9个3d过渡金属杂质引入的施主能级.文中还就与施主能级变化趋势有关的物理问题进行了讨论.
Using a self-consistent tight-binding Green's function method of spin-polarized version,the donor levels of 3d-transition metal impurities,including Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Niand Cu, are predicted in ZnSe_(1-x)S_x alloy system.The physical problems relevant to thevariation trends of donor levels are also discussed.
