摘要
作者使用超薄切片,冷冻断裂和剥离技术在分析电镜中以透射(TEM)、扫描透射(STEM)和扫描(SEM)成象模式研究了兔毛纤维的微观结构。兔毛纤维是一种带有间隔层的中空纤维,中心部分是蜂巢状结构。主要结构成份是角质、皮质和间隔层物质。没有多孔的髓质。从组织学结构考虑,皮质包含正、副和仲皮质成分。一般在兔毛纤维横截面上正副皮质不呈双边分布。基于所作的观察,提出了兔毛纤维的结构模型。
Using ultramicrosection, cryofracture and peeling technique, the fine structure of rabbit hair was investigated in an analytical electron microscope by TEM, STEM and SEM imaging models respectively. Rabbit hair is a kind of hollow fiber with separated layers. The center part of the hair has a honeycomb structure. The main structural components of the rabbit hair are the cuticle, the cortex and the separated layer matter. No vacuolated medulla is present. In view of histological aspects, the cortex contains ortho-, para- and meso-component. In general, the distribution of ortho- and para-cortex is not bilateral in cross section of the rabbit hair. On the basis of observation in the investigation a structure model on the rabbit hair was proposed.
