摘要
金属化腈纶纤维是把腈纶纤维经酸性Sn^(2+)盐和Pd^(2+)盐溶液处理,再在碱性铜盐溶液中金属化而制得。金属化后腈纶纤维表面电阻率达10~0—10^(-1)Ω。用X射线衍射和电子显微照相等方法对金属化腈纶纤维的物相组成和性能进行分析研究,结果表明:这种纤维具有永久的导电性,可用于制作抗静电和抗微波的纺织品。本文就金属化(Cu)腈纶纤维形成进行了研究,用铜的电化学平衡图对金属化反应条件的选择进行了讨论。
Metallized acrylic fibre was manufactured by treating acrylic fibre with an acidic Sn^(2+) and Pd^(2+) solution, and then by metallizing the fibre in an alkaline Cu salt, The surface resistivity of metallized acrylic fibre was 10~0—10^(-1)Ω. The composition and properties of metallized acrylic fibre were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and electron micrograph, etc. The results obtained show that the fibre has permanent electric conductivity, and that it be made into antistatic and antimicrowave textiles. By study of the formation of metallized (Cu) acrylic fibre, the principle of metallized reactions and selection of reaction conditions were discussed by means of the electrochemical equilibrium diagram for copper.
