摘要
玻璃纤维喷气变形加工是变形加工的一个新领域,本文在大量试验的基础上,利用二次旋转回归设计法求得回归方程,对喷气变形加工过程中几个主要工艺参数进行了全面的深入分析;并通过计算机采用复合形法优选了最佳工艺参数。本文可为国内玻璃纤维喷气变形纱的研制和生产提供依据。
In this paper, an attempt is made to demonstrate the application of a Box and Behnken factorial design to optimize texturing parameters and to interpret the results for the case of three variable. The parametors considered are the nozzle pressure and overfeed for different yarn core twists. The optimum parameters seem to be 0.7 MPa, 28.1% and 95t/10cm.
