数控加工轨迹自动生成方法

摘要 本文提出两种方法:传感嚣法和再生形体法。它们是在 CTIPS 系统的几何造型系统产生的公用几何数据文件库基础上,应用边界判别方法自动求取数控加工的刀具轨迹。传感器法是把整个刀具表面离散化,建立起一个传感点系统;根据各传感点与零件表面间的位置关系,得出刀具应沿哪个方向移动。再生形体法是根据刀具半径偏置思想,产生一个与原零件形状等距的再生形体。刀具中心点的轨迹就是等距形体的部分轮廓线。 Two methods are proposed:the sensor method and the method of regenerated shape.They are based on the common geometric data file library created by the geometrical mod-eling system of the CTIPS system,and are used to determine the tool path of NC machiningautomatically by means of boundary discrimination.The sensor method is first to discretize the surface of the cutter and then builds up a sys-tem of sensory points.According to the relationship of the sensory point location with re-spect to the surface contour of the workpiece,the moving direction along which the cuttermust follow is obtained.According to the idea of radius offset of the cutter for the second method,a new pattern,named regenerated shape and equidistant from the original part profile is developed.The partial contour of the regenerated shape is just the path of the cutter center.
