摘要
本文主要讨论1∶3起绒衬垫针织物的线圈几何性能及尺寸稳定性。作者先介绍了起绒织物的工艺流程以及各个染整工序的加工条件,然后分析比较经起绒、扩幅定型和纵向强迫预缩后织物的洗涤松驰状态,从而得出起绒织物的松弛状态是唯一的、它独立于后整理方法的结论。在此基础上,在文中还分析讨论了起绒整理所引起的织物的尺寸变形大小,并提出扩幅定型加纵向强迫压缩,以得到纵横向缩水率小于5%的起绒织物的后整理方法。
This paper principally discusses the loop geometrical properties and dimensional stabilityof 1:3 plated fleecy fabric after raising.It presents first the manufacturing process of this fab-ric as well as its different dyeing and finishing conditions,and then analyses and compares thedifferent laundering relaxed stat(?)s after raising,stentering and compacting.It follows thatthe relaxed state of this fabric after raising is the sole one and independent of the finishingmethod.On this basis,the paper analyses also the dimensional deformations during raising,and proposes a finishing method (stentering and compacting) in order to obtain fabrics ofshrinkage less then 5% in two directions.
