摘要
本文主要研究了在不同染整工序、不同松弛条件、不同经纬密度条件下,毛纱落水松弛缩率与织物染整缩率的关系。用数量化理论建立了它们的回归方程。方程复相关系数极高,可直接应用于生产。最后计算了各因素与毛织物染整缩率的偏相关系数。
The extent of fabric finishing shrinkage that could be affected by the percent- age of yarn relaxation shrinkage was examined.The experimental results of differ- ent yarn shrinkages,cloth setts,relaxation conditions during finishing,by the sta- tistical figures of quantitative theory 1,showed that the percentage of yarn relaxation shinkago is the most important factor affecting the ratio of finished to loomstate fabric shrinkage,and most of the total shrinkage during fabric finishing took place in the first wet treatment e.g.scouring.The regressive equation of fabric finishing relaxation shrinkage was built,and a high regressive coefficient was achieved.It can be applied to practice.
