摘要
本文提出了平面连杆机构 KED 分析的样条模型法,分别采用三次和五次 B 样条函数构造模型的横向位移函数,说明了位移函数建立的方法,在建立构件运动微分方程的过程中,导出了相应的构件质量矩阵、刚度矩阵和坐标转换矩阵。以四扦铰接机构为例进行了 KED 分析,并将分析的结果与有限元结果作了比较。由此明显可见,样条模型法能缩减系统的自由度数目并保证求解有足够的精度。
In this paper,the spline model method is presented to the klneto-elasto dynamic analysis of planar linkage.The cubic B-spline function and 5-power or B-spline function are used respectively to constitute the model's lateral deflection function. The method which establishes the model's deflection function is explained.In the course of establishing kinematic differential equations of members,relavant member's mass matrix stiffness matrix and relation matrix are derived.Taking a four bar linkage for example,the KED analysis is conducted.These results yielded by this method are contrasted with those by the finite element method.It is soon evidently that the spline model method can reduce the degrees of freedom of a system and en- sure a sufficiently accurate solution.
