摘要
本文介绍腈纶接枝改性的新颖抗菌防臭纤维的研制及其应用。这种纤维是这样研制的:将聚丙烯腈纤维(腈纶)高分子链上的 A 基团络合后,再经高分子化学反应,再将 B 基团结合。A 基团与 B 基团具有明显的协同效应。经接枝改姓的腈纶纤维具有显著的广谱抗菌作用。纤维或其织物能有效地抑制金黄色葡萄球菌青敏株、金黄色葡萄球菌青耐株、枯草杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、白念珠菌、淋病双球菌等。经口毒性试验、皮肤刺激试验和皮肤过敏试验,均表示对人体安全无害。改性纤维与织物服用性能和原聚丙烯腈纤维相仿。
Nitrile group on the macromolecular chain of polyacrylonitrile fibre after com-plexing with group A underwent macromolecular chemical reaction.Anions of the3rd monomer in Polyacrylonitrile fibre were associated with group B through elec-trovalent bonds.The modified polyacrylonitrile fibre has apparent broad spectrumanti-bacterial function.The group A and group B have significant synergetic effect.Both fibre and fabric can effectively inhibit penicillin sensitive strain and penicillinresistant strain of Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus albus,β-Streptococcus hemoly-ticus,Bacillus subtilis,Diplococcus gonorrhoea,Candida albicans etc.In has beencertified that the products are safe and nonpoisonous and they will not have anyirritative or allergic side effect on human body.Their wearability is comparableto that of original polyacrylonitrile fibre and fabric.
