摘要
应用概率理论求解了汽车钢板弹簧的弧高和刚度公差,并对影响这些公差的主要因素进行了分析。计算结果表明,按照现行的GB1222-84型材公差标准,要使钢板弹簧总成刚度偏差和满载静负荷弧高偏差达到JB4046-85标准的要求,存在一定的困难,应对主片工艺提出相应要求以减小偏差量。
Tolerance of spring opening and that of spring rate have been solved for motor vehicle leaf spring by applying theory of probability,and principal factors effecting these tolerances analysed. The result of calculation shows that there is definite difficulty to make rate error of leaf spring assembly and opening error under static full load reaching requirement of the standard JB4046-85 according to the steel stock tolerance standard GB1222-84. Corresponding demands of production technology of main leaf of spring should be proposed so as to reduce the errors.
