摘要
对奥迪轿车零件翻孔端部直径偏小的分析结果表明,其主要原因是材料变薄及回弹所致。为解决这一问题,对于材料较厚及外径较大的翻孔,可考虑增加整孔工序;而对料厚及外径较小的翻孔,可以采用增大凸模外径,减小模具间隙的方法来实现。
The main cause of too small flanged hole end diameter on parts of the Audi car has been found by analysis to be thinning of blank material and rebound. In order to solve the problem,proless as ironing may be increased for thicker blank and bigger ontside diameter flanged hole. while for thick blank and smaller ontside diameter flanged hole,method of increasing diame ter of punch and reduce clearance between punch and die of the hole may be employed.
