摘要
分析了温度变化对工件,特别是铝质工件的加工与测量精度的影响,提出了控制工件测量误差的措施,其中包括合理的确定调整温度,灵活的掌握测量方法,注意通过间隙的影响,选择合适的加工与测量温度。
Influence of temperature variation on precision of processing and measurement of work Pleces, espectally aluminium work pieces, has been analysed. Measures for controlling the measurement error has been also. Proposed,Which includes rational determination of temperature regulation,flexible controi of measurement method,attention to the influence of passing clearanee and selection of suiTable temperature for processing and measurement.
