本文用反相ＨＰＬＣ法分离了工业产品α—重氮—１—萘醌—５—磺酰氯，并测定其含量。分析条件如下：柱ＹＱＧ—ＳＧ１８：流动相甲醇；紫外检测波长２５４ｎｍ。该法简单快速、数据可靠、重现性好。
