摘要
在进行了铁牛─654单机和牵引双轴挂车机组平顺性道路试验的基础上,分析了在不同路面、不同机速和不同载荷工况下拖拉机挂车间的振动耦合对拖拉机─挂车机组平顺性的影响。文章还通过试验研究了挂钩间隙对拖拉机─挂车机组振动的影响。研究表明,拖拉机─挂车机组的平顺性比拖拉机单机平顺性差,消除或减小挂钩间隙可改善其平顺性。
In this paper the rede comfort measurements of TN654 tractor and TN654 tractor-trailercombination have been made. Based on the experimental results, the effects of the coupledvibration between the tractor and the trailer on the ride comfort of the tractor-trailer combi-nation under different roads, velocities and loads have been analysed. The influence of thehitch free play on the ride vibration of the tractor-trailer combination has also been studied.It can be concluded that the ride comfort of the tractor-trailer combination is inferior tothat of the tractor and eliminating the hitch free play will further improve the ride comfort ofthe tractor-trailer combination.
