摘要
通过建立活塞式隔膜泵凸轮传动机构和曲柄传动机构的力学模型,研究泵在工作过程中的受力状况,就两种传动机构对泵振动的影响进行了理论分析、比较。并且在相同工况下进行了振动数值的测定。理论分析和实测数据表明:采用新型的曲柄滑块机构可以减小活塞隔膜泵的振动,为解决目前凸轮传动的活塞式隔膜泵的振动提供了一条有效途径。
As we know,two types of the motion systems (i.e.the cam-slide and crank-slide mech-anisms) are usually used in the medium-pressure series of the piston diaphragm pumps. Theauthors of this paper, by establishing the mechanical models, theoretically analysing, calcu-lating and practically testing the data concerning the pump vibration, has carried out compar-isons of the effects performed by two different motion mechanisms on vibration of thepumps,and the results of these comparisons suggested that the crank-slide mechanismwould be a favorable choice for damping the piston diaphragm pump vibration.
