摘要
提出了用介电损失角测量谷物含水率的方法，设计了适合于在线使用的传感器和自动检测系统，并用于谷物干燥机出粮含水率的在线测试。由京４１１小麦的实验发现，其含水率与介电损失角呈分段线性关系。对传感器的多次标定发现，其最大误差小于０．５％。
A grain moisture content measurement method using dielectric loss angle method hasbeen developed.The on-line detecting device and sensor have been designed.The experimen-tal results of drying Beijing 411 wheat have shown that there was a linear relation betweenthe grain moisture content and the dielectric loss angle. Through the testing of the sensors. it was found that the errors were no more than 0.5%。
