摘要
针对现有电液比例流量控制技术的不足，首次提出一种新的控制原理，仅用一比例节流阀即可闭环精确控制流量，简化了阀的结构。该原理还可使阀具有压力流量复合控制、故障诊断和容错控制等智能功能，研究结果表明新原理阀的动静态性能亦非常优良。
In this paper,a new flow control principle is proposed first to overcome the disadvan-tages existed in now used electro-hydraulic proportional flow control technique.Wiht thisprinciple,the flow can be closed-loop controlled accurately with only one proportional throttle valve,and the structure of valve simplified.The principle also makes the valve have inteili-gent functions to multiply control pressure and flow,monitor system,diagnose fault.The ex-perimental results show the dynamic and static performance of developed valve is also excel-lent.
