摘要 对拖拉机、汽车发电机定子铁心卷叠加工工艺的若干关键技术作了较为全面的论述,并归纳出有实用价值的带料展开齿节距计算式。对于以驱动销驱动的卷绕机结构,提出“长销距”的防干涉设计方法。同时,“准全形”挤压和在线检测以及微机的应用,亦为该工艺的实用化提供了有力的保证。 It is the technology of coiling metal strips to produce stator cores of direct current dynamo used in tractors and automobiles being paid great attention increasingly in our country.In this paper,some critical points of the technology are explained,the useful formulas to count tooth pitch when metal strip in straight condition are summarized,the design method is presented for coiling machine which driving metal strips with pins can avoid interference by making pin pitch longer than slot's.Besides,extruding on almost all surface,measuring continuously thickness of metal strip on line and using microcomputer on the production line provide guarantee for pragmatizing the technology.
