摘要
为探讨棉籽油与柴油混合作柴油机代用燃料的可能性,通过试验建立了不同配比的混合油主要性能与棉籽油含量之间的数学模型,进行了发动机台架和生产试验以研究棉—柴混合油对发动机动力性、经济性、有效效率的影响,经对发动机主要零部件磨损情况进行综合分析,得出棉—柴混合油可作为柴油机代用燃料的结论。
This paper investigates the possibility of the cottonseed-diesel oil, which was mixing cottonseed oil with diesel oil,used in diesel engine. A mathematical model on the main performance of different proportions of cottonseed-diesel oil was establised. The test-bed test and production test have been carried out to study the power characteristics,economical characteristics, effective efficiency, and the wear and tear of the main parts of the engine. Synthetically analysing the test results test, it comes to the conclusion that the cottonseed-diesel oil can be used as substitute fuel of the diesel engine.
