摘要
根据旋弧弧根处熔化液池的受力分析,在理论上建立了能描述旋弧喷溅侵蚀特性的函数关系式。此理论关系表明,在无外磁场作用下,液池中心受力最大,将形成中心喷溅;在有横向驱弧磁场作用下,此磁场力将使液池后半部喷溅加强,而使液池前半部喷溅减弱。
According to the analysis of the applied forces on the molten poor at arc root the theoretical function in which the arc erosion of metal droplet ejection can be characterized was founded. The theoretical results show that the transverse magnetic field can enhance the droplet ejection at the pre-half of poor and reduce that at the post-half of poor.
