摘要
本文介绍以硅胶正相柱，石油醚和异丙醇为流动相的色谱系统，分离辛硫磷－灭多成乳油，经紫外检测器检测进行定量的方法。并对方法的线性关系，精密度，准确度进行了评估。
A method is reported for determination of phoxim and methomyl in emulsifiable formulatlon by a norrnal-phasehigh-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)procedureusing a 25cm analytical silica gel column, petrolum ether-iso-propyl mobile phase and a variable-wavelength UV detectorset at 254nm,Actlracy and precision of method was evaluar ed.
