摘要
用３％甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为固定液的填充柱，对苄基联苯为内标物，带有氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪对丙硫磷原药和乳油进行了定量分析，其回收率在９８．５～１０１．１％之间，原油和乳油的变异系数分别为０．４９％和０．４２％。
A method is described for the determination of pro-thiofos by gas chromatography with FID on 3%methyl vinylpolysiloxane using p-benzyl-diphenyl as internal standard.Thecoefficient of variation for technique and emuliable concentratewere 0.49%and 0.42%,respectively. The recoverv was 98.5 ～101.1%.
