摘要
本文利用有限元数值计算方法对传统的转子轴向膨胀计算公式进行了校验,发现用该公式计算所得结果误差较大。经过理论分析和推导,找出了传统方法所存在的问题,同时提出了精确计算转子在瞬态过程中轴向膨胀新的计算方法和公式。与有限元数值解比较,不仅运算速度快,而且误差较小,为微机监控汽轮机组动静间隙提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the traditional formula calculating axial elongation of a nonuniformly heated rotor has been verified with Finite Element Method (FEM). We found that there were some errors in its results. Through the theoretical analysis, we have sought the cause of its deficiency, and advanced a new method and some formulas to calculate axial elongation for steam turbine rotor in transient conditions. The good agreement with the precise solution of the problem with FEM confirms the trustworthiness of approximate calculation of rotor elongation according to these formulas, and makes it possible to recommend them for practical use.
