摘要
本文论述了设备租赁的租金计算标准的制定原则是:租赁双方都能受益;对系统内外的租赁应有区别;要区别设备的新旧程度;要区别租期的长短;以及合理解决设备修理费的分担。文章还结合地矿系统的情况,对设备租金的构成及其计算标准的确定方法谈了个人的意见。
The author thinks the rental for leased equipment should be charged on the following principles, i.e., benefits to both lessor and lessee and distinction between lease of equipment inside and outside geolo-gical units, between new and old equipment and long and short leases, as well as reasonable sharing of maintenance fees between the two parties. The author also puts forward, in the light of the actual conditions of the geolo-gical departments, his opinions on the composition of the rental and criterions for its calculation.
