摘要
本文论述了西南石油地质局在地质项目管理中,如何处理地质项目与单项工程作业承包的关系,成果质量与节约分成的关系,行政手段与经济手段调控的关系等方面的认识和作法,及所取得的成效。
In this article, the authors discuss the ways in which the Southwest China Bureau of Petroleum Geology deals with some relations in the management of projects, which are; the relation between contracting of geological projects and individual engineering work, the relation between quality of accomplishments and division of savings from practising thrift, and the relation between administrative control and economic regulation. Achievements made in this field are also introduced.
