文章首先列举地勘单位企业与工业企业共性和个性,并认为地勘单位当前推行经营责任制是可性的,但认为不能一刀切,要因时、因地、因专业而宜。就承包中指标、与项目承包关系、三大块格局、所有制、短期行为的弱化等问题进行了论述。
The author enumerates the general and specific characters of both the geological and prospecting units and the industrial enterprises, and consi-ders it feasible for the former to adopt the contractuel responsibility system.
