催化剂干燥工艺的计算机图象纹理分析

摘要 本文在文[1,2]基础上,引进小波变换法,对不同干燥条件下得到的催化剂进行表面SEM图象计算机纹理解析,力图找出优良干燥工艺条件对应的催化剂纹理特征,以指导催化剂的制备。 1 The surface textures of catalysts for the oxidation of naphthelene to phthalic anhydride were studied using the Computer Image Texture Analysis based on the wavelet transform. It was found that the sample dried in the temperature of 120℃ had special property. Its wavelet coefficients of vertical direction remained as the lowest value all along the frequency range, Results of catalysts activity evaluation manifested that this catalyst had the best property.
