摘要
本文报道了布氏菌S_2苗经口免疫,除局部免疫外,全身亦得到了免疫改造,为进一步证实胞外寄生菌经口免疫可产生全身免疫的机制提供了佐证。
we experimented with B. suis 2.vaccine through the oral administration. The results showed that not only the local intestine tract, but the whole body acquired mmunity. These results provide the basis for research of the mechanism by which be whole body immunity is acquired through oral immunization.
