摘要
本院自１９８７年３月起将关节镜应用于踝关节疾患的诊治，本文总结其中４２例（５１踝）病程超过３个月的慢性踝关节疾患，经关节镜检查及镜下手术治疗。术后绝大部分病例确立诊断，经随访３～５．５年，优良率为７２．９％。
The ankle joint diagnostic and therapeutic arthroscopy were performed in our hospital since March 1978,In this paper we presented the results of arthroscopy on 51 ankle joints in 42 patients who suffered ankle joint disorders more than 3 months. In these patients,arthroscopic synovectomy or debridement was performed immediately after arthroscopic observation and biopsy.The diagnosis was defined in all of the cases after arthroscopy. The followup period lasted for 3 to 5. 5 years with excellent and good results in 72. 9%.
