摘要
本文对儿童呼吸道异物的发病、危险性、并发症的处理及治疗中的几个问题进行分析讨论。强调处理＂时机＂的重要性，任何姑息观望的态度无疑会坐失良机。对２４８６例儿童呼吸道异物作了临床分析。
The Second Affiliated Hospital ,Xian Medical University This paper discussed the causes and the risks of FBRT in children and management of its complications. FBRT is a disease just seen in children. Statistical data of 2486 cases collected since 1955 were studied,in which 97. 6 percent were younger than 6. Maga suggested that aspiration of a FB is one of the common causes of accidental death in children under 6-years old. Its risk lies in choking the respiratory tract. Delay of treatment may cause death.Various dangerous complications may be arisen on operations. Authors emphasized that timely treatment is vital.It should be realized that FBRT is the principal cause of various complications.The patients often miss the chance of treatment if taking a palliative management or a wait-and-see attitude. In these cases 17 children(0. 7%)wre dead.
