摘要
应用自行研制的ＤＨＰ－Ａ型热探头治疗仪对大白鼠肠系膜动、静脉出血进行止血实验表明：其平均止血时间为１０秒，１８０℃持续电热鼠胃粘膜７秒未超过粘膜下层。应用热探头治疗４３例上消化道出血，有效率９５．３％；治疗上消化道息肉１１例，随访９例，消失７例；８例隆起糜烂性胃炎均一次治愈。治疗中未发生严重副作用。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of heat probe deviced by ourselves in the treatment of GI bleeding,polyps and the protruded erosive gastritis. Good results were obtained in stopping bleeding from the rat's mesenteric vessels.The depth of injury due to heat probe treatment does not exceed the submucosa layer of the rat,s stomach.We used the heat probe to treat 43 patients with upper GI bleeding and the haemotostatic rate was 95. 3%.The heat probe in treatment of the polyps and the protruded erosive gastritis was very effective too.No severe complications were observed.
