摘要
本文对１９７９～１９９３年资料完整的１００例小肠镜检查进行了总结，其中隐源性出血５８例，慢性腹泻２４例，疑有占位１２例，腹痛６例，总检出率为２１％。隐源性出血组中，明确诊断的有１３例，占２２．４％；其中ＡＶＭ３例，占２３．１％。其它引起出血的原因还有十二指肠钩虫病，克隆病、溃疡、肿瘤等，证实小肠镜对不明原因的消化道出血具有肯定的诊断价值。本组病例共发现小肠克隆病５例，肿瘤５例，Ｗｈｉｐｐｌｅ氏病１例。证实小肠镜对炎症性肠病，十二指肠远端肿瘤的诊断也具有较高的诊断价值。本文也对操作经验，操作时注意事项进行了总结，还对当今小肠镜的发展及临床应用作了回顾。
One hundred cases of small bowel enteroscopy(from 1979 to 1993) were analyzed in this paper.of them 58 were bleeding of obscure origin,24 chronic diarrhea and 18 marasmus and abdomanal pain.In bleeding of obscure origin group the diagnosis of 13 cases were made by small bowel entroscopy(23.1%),which includs 3 cases of arteriovenous malformation,3 cases of ancylostomiasis, and crohn's disease;ulcer;tumor etc.The results indicate that SBE are useful in diagnosis in BOO correctly and worthwhile to apply in the diagnosis in IBD and distant duodenal tumor.The operative experience,matters needing attention were also summarized in the paper.
