摘要
复方参七汤对人胃腺癌细胞株ＢＧＣ－８２３的细胞分裂和集落形成有明显的抑制作用。用集落形成法测定其半数抑制浓度（ＩＣ５０）为０．００７８生药／ｍｌ，在浓度较高时也有直接杀伤作用，用台盼蓝排斥试验测定其半数杀伤浓度为０．０４８ｇ生药／ｍｌ。
Fufangshengqi Tang has an obvious inhibitory effect on the cell division and colony form of human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823. We determined that the LC50were 0.007g crude drug/ml by colony form experiment. It had direct killing action in higher concentration with the trypan concentration blue repel experiment. We measured the LC50were 0.048g crude drug/ml.
