摘要
本文对生产菌肥的磷细菌和钾细菌进行了混合培养,设计了三因素随机区组试验,探讨混合菌肥的最佳生产工艺,并对实验结果进行了方差分析。结果表明磷细菌和钾细菌可以混合培养,各处理结果经LSR测验,主效A因素(混合比例)中A4水平、B因素(培养基配方)中B2水平和c因素(培养时间)中C5水平显著高于同组中的其它水平。A4B2G5显著高于其它处理组合。;SSR0.01=3.98;LSR0.01,267=17.87),A因素显著水平顺序为A4>A2>A5>A1>A3。但A因素在方差分析中显著程度远远小于C,因此施用菌肥时当土壤缺磷大于缺钾,选A4;当缺磷小于缺钾时选A2。B因素即本文所用的三种培养基对细菌生长总数影响显著,B2培养基中菌数极显著地高于B3和B1培养基(P=3;X—1172.75=42.61;SSR0.01=3.80;LSR0.01;267=22.033,其显著水平顺序为B2>B3>B1,且豆粕粉为农副产品,价廉易得,所以选择B2。表2三因素试验的方差分析Table2Threefactoranalysisofvariance方差分析中培养时间是极其显著的因素,其中C5极显著高于其它处理(P=6;X—4202?
In this paper, we studied the mixed culture of potassium bacteria and phosphorus bacteria which are used to produce bacterial fertilizer. We also designeed the three-factor randomized block experiment and discussed the optimal production technology for the mixed The results show that mixed culture is possible for the potassium bacteria and phosphorus bacteria. By means of the LSR test, we found that the level of A4IS HIGHEST ANONG A factors (propriton of mixture),the level of B2 is highest among B factors (ligredient of culture medium)and the level of C5 of culture medium)and the level of C5 is highest among C factors (culture time). A4B2C5 is most remarkable, when the three factors were taken together.
