摘要
本文以正交试验为基础．优选组合了具有补益肝肾、化痰祛瘀作用的益肾降脂片治疗高脂血症８７例，降低ＴＣ、ＴＧ的平均值分别为１．５９ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ和０．５５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，下降幅度分别为２２．３０％和２３．５０％，总有效率分别为８６．２７％和８１．６６％；能提高ＨＤＬ－ｃ和ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ的绝对值、提高ＨＤＬ－ｃ／ＴＣ、ＨＤＬ＿２－ｃ／ＨＤＬ＿３－ｃ和ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ／ａｐｏＢ的比值，表明益肾降脂片有明显的降脂作用和调节脂蛋白代谢的作用，具有抗Ａｓ的作用。也提示了通过正交试验的方法，分析复方中的有效药物．精选药味．对中药降脂药进行合理的配伍，是既可提高疗效，又可节约用药的一个可行方法。
Abstract Patients of hyperlipemia were treated with Yisen Jiangzhi Pian which was prepared with optimum seekingmethod based on orthogonal test. After treatment the arithmetic means of their serum total cholesterol and triglyceridewere reduced 1. 59mmol/L and 0.15mmol/L respectively ; the reduced margin reached 22. 3% and 23. 5% and the total effective rate was 86. 27 % and 86. 66 % respectively. In addition, the absolute value of HDL -c. apoA - I and theratio of HDL - c/Tc, HDL_2 - c/HDL_3 - c and apoA - I/apoB were raised. These results indicated that YishenJiangzhi Pian could lower serum lipid, regulate the metabolism of lipoprotein, decrease the risk of coronary diseasesand protect the patients with hyperlipemia against atherosclerosis. It is suggested that using optimum seeking methodbased on orthogonal test, active Chinese drugs can be chosen from these prescriptions to recompose more effective newprescriptions.
