摘要
青枯生防菌Bacillussp.B130菌株是姜瘟灵的主要有效成分,它对包括青枯菌在内的多种植物病原真菌和细菌有明显的拈抗作用。B130能在PH5~8之间较快地生长,以PH6时菌体生长状况为最佳,抑菌活性亦最强。培养初期其抑菌活性随培养时间而增长,但36h后呈下降趋势。对蛋白粗提液等的研究表明,B130的抑菌物质成分复杂,但主要活性部分是蛋白和多肽类物质。
Strain B130 had obvious inhibition to many kinds of plant pethogenic fungi and bacteria. The straingrew fast with PH 5-8. At pH 6, the strain's growing state and inhibiting ability were best. At initial stage of culture, its inhibiting ability could be raised with time going, but 36 hours later, it begun to drop. The authors suggestedthat the inhibition wasn't stable or the strain produced many kinds of inhibiting substances with different stabilities.Study on semifinished protein solutin showed that the inhibiting substanced had much complicated compositions, butthe main function resulted from protein and polypeptide.
