摘要
采用吸附树脂Ｒ－Ａ回收紫草细胞培养液中的紫草色素．与传统石油醚萃取法相比有机溶剂节约５０倍，且操作简单，生产设备缩小．同时为Ｒ－Ａ树脂的应用增添了一项新内容．
篈dsorbing resin R-A was applied to recover naphthoquinone pigments in Lithosper-mum erythrorhizon cell cultures. Compared with traditional extraction， better effect was ob-tained：the comsuption of organic solvent was saved, process was made easier，and the costs ofdownstream treatment were cut down greatly.
