摘要
介绍了树脂吸附回收染料废水中高浓度酚的方法。用大孔吸附树脂对某染料化工厂高浓度含酚废水进行了详尽的吸附、脱附和放大试验,结果显示,H-103树脂在本试验系统内具有良好的吸附和脱附性能,对酚的吸附量在600mg/g以上,酚回收率达96%。5%NaOH溶液和工业乙醇均有良好的洗脱再生效果,树脂重复使用多次而吸附性能无明显变化。洗脱液可直接回用于生产,较好地实现了环境效益和经济效益的统一。
The recovery method of high concentration phenol in dye wastewater is intro duced.The sorption efficiency of phenol has been studied in detail and on big scale by using forge porous resins.The results reveal that the H - 103 resin has satisfactory sorption behaviours with absorption capacity for phenol more than 600mg/g.By using this resin to treat the dye wstewater,the phenol recovery rate can reach 96%. 5% NaOH solution the industrial alcohol are both excellent eluates.Although the resin has been used several times,the phenol absorption efficiency of the resin does not degrade and the desorption solution can be reused in production directly,thus, the harmony of environment and economy can be achieved.
