机械法制莫来石微粉的性能与烧结

摘要 利用环缝磨、搅拌磨制得了D0.5达μm左右的莫来石微粉。该粉体粒度分布窄,机械力化学活性高。用此微粉与细粉进行压坯烧结试验表明,其粒径比和体积比对烧结有很大影响。在粒径比相差不大的情况下,对应每一烧结温度均存在一个微粉最低有效加入量,且烧结温度越高,该加入量越小;当粒径比相差很大时,此加入量值变得不太明显,但少量微粉引入即可显著提高坯体的烧结性能。 About 3μm(d)mullite superfine powders, which are charaterized by narrow size distribution and high activation,have been prepared with agitation mill and narrow gap mill. Pressing and sintering this mixture of superfine and fine mullite powders,it can be showed that there is a minimum effective addition of superfine powders for each corresponding temperature, and also the higher the sintering temperature is, the less the addition will be, when the d. difference between two powders is insufficient large. Otherwise,in the sufficient large d. difference,a few superfine powders added can remarkably improve the sintering performance.
