摘要
摩托车减震器活塞环的选材设计,应从材质角度满足工况要求来达到最长工作寿命。对尺寸小、价格低的减震器活塞环要下功夫研制出性能好、成本低的填充配方,作为减震器活塞环的专用材料;塑料活塞环结构参量的设计是在缸径为已知量的前题下,分别对活塞环厚度、活塞环轴向高度、活塞环线胀量等进行设计。
Material to be used for motorcycle shock absorber piston ring must meet the working mode requirement in order to realize long working life. Efforts must be made to research and develop the filling materials for small sized and low priced shock absorber piston ring with high performance and low cost and make these materials specific. The parameter design of the plastic piston ring refers to designing the piston ring thickness,piston ring axial height and piston ring linear expansion in case that the cylinder bore is known.
