摘要
无纺布(不织布)顾名思义是不经过纺织过程,不通过纺织机而制得的纤维布。无纺布具有重量轻、质地薄、强度大、用途广等优点,它不仅可以与纸类、金属箔、塑料薄膜等复合成各种包装材料,也可以单独制袋,目前已广泛应用作合成树脂、化肥、水泥、粮食等粉料和颗粒料的包装材料以及蔬菜、邮件,医疗器具、精密仪器等多种轻重包装。近年来在发达国家中发展十分迅速。生产工艺及进展无纺布采用的原料有PP、HDPE、PVAL、PS、PET等。无纺布工艺大致可分为两大类:一类为纺粘法,采用成纤工艺。
Nonwoven cloth is regarded as one of world's new packaging materials nowadays with advanced process, rational material use, better product performances, low energy and raw material consumption and wide applications. It has been rapidly developed since the 1980 s. This paper briefly reviews the new headway in processing and technology of nonwoven cloth at home and abroad in recent years, and discusses its characteristics and applications. Moreover, the writer analyses the prospect of the nonwoven cloth in China's packaging industry.
