摘要
提取Ｒａｊｉ细胞膜蛋白，与Ｃｌｑ－Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ４Ｂ亲和结合制成ＣｌｑＲ－Ｃｌｑ－ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ４Ｂ作为免疫原，脾内免疫小鼠，应用杂交瘤技术，在国内首次制备成功一株抗人ＣｌｑＲ的单克隆抗体（Ｅ＿８）．经Ｃｅｌｌ－ＥＬＩＳＡ、竞争ＲＢＡ及ＷＢ等方法全面鉴定，证明Ｅ＿８是ＣｌｑＲ特异的，它可识别Ｒａｊｉ、Ｕ９３７和Ｊｕｒｋａｔ细胞上约７０ＫＤ的ＣｌｑＲ蛋白。
A monoclonal antibody against human cell surface Clq receptor(ClqR),designated E_8, wasproduced by fusion of the mouse myeloma cell line SP2/0 with the spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized withintrasplenic injection of ClqR-Clq-Sepharose 4B. Using Cell-ELISA,RBA, and WB,it was evidenced that E_8is specifically directed to ClqR and can recognlze the ClqR protein of 70kd on Raji, U937 and Jurkat cells.
