彩印塑料软管,外形大小均与牙膏管相似(图1),只不过管身、管肩由高压聚乙烯、管盖由聚丙烯制成,具有不易破损、无毒卫生、自重轻、携带方便、废管可再生、美观价廉等特点,可用于化妆品(如面膜、防晒霜、护肤霜、发乳、防冻膏)、食品(如果酱、蛋黄酱、蕃茄酱、花生酱)、化工产品(如白胶、乳胶、润滑油脂、粘结剂)、医药(如避孕膏、清凉油)等产品的包装,以取代传统的玻璃容器,大大提高产品的档次,加强产品的市场竞争能力。
The author gives his view on use, manufacturing and technological process of flexible plastic tubes as well as Chinaa's imports of plastic tube processing equipment in recent years. He also looks at the demand for plastic tube on the domestic market, economic results from that and prospects of domestically-made production lines. Attached are charts of China's distribution of imported and domeslically-made production lines.
