摘要
必要性现代工业的发展使人类的物质生活水平迅速提高,但同时也带来了一系列危及人类生存的问题——环境被污染,生态被破坏,资源被浪费;高速交通工具的出现使人们的来往变得空前便利,但又使成千上万的人由于交通事故而结束了生命。这样,就有必要通过各种强制性的规定,来保障人类的生存,社会经济的持续繁荣,社会机器的正常运转。同样,包装工业的发展促进了商品经济的繁荣,但包装产品在完成其使命后,转眼又会变成每年高达数百万吨的垃圾。如果我们不以科学的态度来认真分析。
The article stresses the importance of instituting and amplifying China's packaging laws and regulations which can be classified into seven categories: 1. fair packaging 2. deceive packaging, 3. harmful-to-health packaging, 4. dangerous packaging, 5. right-infringing packaging, 6. punishment on violators, 7. implementationg of packaging laws and regulations. The author looks at the significance of starting the practice of packaging laws and regulations in China, from the view of developing China's packaging industry.
