摘要
采用60Coγ射线辐照棉花早熟、中熟品种(系)和陆海杂种F2的干种子,研究了形成的M2代主要经济性状的平均表现和变异。结果表明,M2代主要经济性状表现出明显变异,15kr处理使单株产量、单铃重、纤维细度和断裂长度的有益变异频率收高,25kr处理有益于长纤维变异的出现。不同基因型类型对辐射的反应不同,中熟类型较早熟和陆海杂种类型对辐射反应敏感。
The mean value and
variation of main economic traits were studied in M2 generationinduced from dry seeds
radiated with 15kr and 25kr 60Co-γray on earlier , middle-earlier u-pland cotton varieties or
lines and G.hirsutum×G. barbadense F1 hybrid. The results indicatedthat the variation of main
economic traits in M2 was significant. 15kr treatment showed higherbeneficial variation
frequency for single plant yield , single boll weight , fiber fineness and frac-ture length, and
25kr treatment was favourable to long fibre variation. The response of differ- ent genotypes to
γ-ray radiation was different. The response of middle-earlier genotypes to γ-ray radiation
was more sensitive than that of earlier ones and G. hirsutum×G. barbadense F1hybrid.
