摘要
用三种方法测定高温处理后棉花花粉的生活力,评述了各种测定方法的相对价值。开花前的花粉恒温处理10小时以后,用PMDA法测定,从33℃至42℃,花粉都能萌发。用花柱基部花粉管穿孔计数法测定,35℃育性消失。用培养基发芽法测定,39℃经3小时和5小时,花粉的萌发率均很低。
Three methods for examing
the viability of high temperature on cotton pollen wereevaluated.PMDA method manifests that all
pre-flowering pollens,when treated with con-stant high temperature for 10 hours, pollen could
germinate at 33~42℃;pollen tube perfora-tion counting method on style-base reveals that the
reproductive ability disappeared at 35℃;while the substratum method indicates a very low
germination rate for pollens under 39℃ foreither 3 or 5 hours.
