摘要
本文对32例系统性红斑狼疮(systemiclupuserythematosus,SLE)及25例类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis,RA)进行了N-乙酰化转移酶多态现象和基因频率的研究。结果显示:SLE中6例为慢反应型,基因频率R为0.5670,r为0.4330;RA中18例为慢反应型,基因频率R为0.1515,r为0.8485.SLE组与正常组无差异,RA组与SLE组及正常组相比皆有显著性差异。实验提示中国人SLE组与RA发病中可能有不同遗传机制参与。
systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and 25 rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients were stu-died on polymorphism of N-acetyltranferase and gene freqency.Our results indicated that there are 6 slowacetylators in 32 SLE cases,as compared with 18 of the 25 RA patients,Gene freqency R is 0.5670 and r is0.4330 in SLE group,however,R is 0. 1515 and r is 0.8485 in RA group. There is significant difference be-tween SLE and RA patients,also remarkable difference between the normal and the RA cases. The resultssuggest that different genetic mechanism is probably involved in the pathogenesis of both SLE and RA.
