摘要
现有的液压污染控制方程建立在3个近似假设的基础上,它只能从整体上近似地描述液压污染控制过程,无法描述液压系统中各具体部位的油液污染度分布规律和变化规律。分析了液压系统中紊流和层流状态下油液污染度的变化规律,建立了污染度场和流场相关的数学模型,导出了更精确的液压污染控制方程,利用该方程可以更精确地分析液压系统中各部位的油液污染度分布及其变化规律,为液压系统中的油液污染控制提供了理论依据。
The equation for controlling contaimination of hydraulic fluid is established on the basis of 3 approximate hypothesis. It can only describe approximately the entire process of fluid contaimination control. It can not describe the distribution of fluid contaimination at specific locations in the hydraulic system and rules of changes. The rules of variation of contaimination degree in the turbulent flow and laminar flow in the hydraulic system are studied. And a correlated mathematic model of contaimination field and flow field is established. A more accurate equation of contaimination control is derived. And this equation can be used to analyze more accurately distribution of fluid contaimination degree in all the positions of hydraulic system and rules of its change, which provides a theoretical criterion for fluid contaimination control.
